FAQ's

1. Processing times

Orders will be handled within 6 business days. If you are in a time crunch, please upgrade to express delivery to help cut travel time. Please note, made-to-order items will still take 2-3 weeks lead-time to fulfill and will ship accordingly once ready.

 

2. How do I know once my order ships?

As soon as your goods are ready, you´ll receive tracking details via e-mail. 

 

3. Signature requirement?

For security purposes, we do require a signature for your package upon delivery.

Can this be removed?: Please email us directly if you need for us to remove this feature. We do suggest you have this shipped to your office or family members home instead to avoid the possibility of this item getting stolen.

 

4. Returns / Exchanges 

If you aren't fully stoked on your item, please email us directly at hello@opiia.com.  Items must be in good condition and processed within 7 days of the delivery date. We will provide a return shipping label with tracking details, however, the return costs will be deducted from your available refund.

If you would like to exchange an item, please return for a refund and then place a new order online. 

 

5. Repairs

If your item is damaged, please email us directly at hello@opiia.com so that we can assist.
